Production Coordinator
This position is the engine of Hedley & Bennett's offered product and must run efficiently. Organize production of custom designs and inventory items.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- coordinating between sewer, artwork vendors, materials department, shipping and sales representatives to ensure all deadlines are met.
- running quality control on an average of 1400 units due per week.
- holding up the companies standards of customer service and quality by confirming all details of an order match the customers approved design.
- working closely with PreProduction to handle any sourcing and materials needs.
- updating sales representatives on their orders in progress on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Must have fantastic teamwork, a take charge attitude and an acute attention to detail. Along with a strong problem solving ability. The production area is fast paced and very rewarding!
Production Assistant
Looking for a creative, self-driven, organized individual who would enjoy one of the most hands-on roles at our company.
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- working closely with the Production Coordinator in the completion of all orders.
- assisting with quality control.
- coordinating how items move through each step of the production process.
- showing willingness to learn tasks needed in the creation of our products such as embroidery.
Qualifications:
Must be a team player who can think quick on their feet. We stand by a product done incredibly well at Hedley & Bennett and the Production Assistant must have this attitude at all times! Their hard work and attention to detail will put a product in the hands of a very happy customer.
Happiness Deliverer
Looking for an awesome Customer Service Representative to delivery happiness to our customers!
Job duties include (but not limited to):
- managing orders placed online
- being responsible for walk-in customers hoping to make a retail purchase
- answering phones and route calls throughout the company
- creating a fun and welcoming space for visitors who come by the Apron HQ!
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have great communication skills and stay up beat!
