This is one of our favorite food occasions of the year! The 2016 Food & Wine Classic AND Grand Cochon took place in Aspen this year! The food-filled festivities featured some of the world's most kick ass chefs and figures in the culinary world. LA's Walter Manzke of Republique was crowned the King of Porc and we ate our way through Snow Mass and were beyond STOKED to outfit the chefs for both events. I would go on, but just take a look!
