Wash with soap and water and wipe dry after use. Do not put in the dishwasher. (Dishwashers are harsh on all tools.). Always cut on appropriate cutting surfaces (like wood, plastic, or rubber). Do not cut on hard surfaces that can dull the blade. Store your knife safely, and protect the blade from contact with hard surfaces.

This knife is SLICK. Gorgeous. Comfy. Love the white handle and brass rivets, you clearly put a ton of thought into the design to address the stuff us pro chefs deal with using heavy, badly designed knives in the line.
Great knife, great feel to it.
Great knife, great feel to it. Love the light weight. Love the rounded spine. Usually my knives give me callouses or blisters after hours and hours of using it so loving the thoughtfulness on the spine design. Tip is nice and thin. Really sharp, clearly holds its edge. The handle is my favorite, fits to my hand and makes me feel like I’m in control.
Crazy for the price.
The quality of this knife is crazy for the price. One solid piece of steel. I’ve had it a few weeks now and still as sharp as the day it arrived. H&B did it again!
